PILATES REFORMER

The Pilates Reformer is a unique and world-famous piece of equipment used to facilitate a variety of exercises designed to promote length, strength, flexibility and balance.

The Reformer activates not only major muscle groups, but stabilizer muscles as well as you push and pull your way to a stronger core and better health. 

​

Great for all fitness levels.

Mat Pilates

MAT PILATES

First brought the US in the 1920's, Pilates has been a tried and true exercise regime for bodies of all abilities. Designed to build muscle groups & core strength through a series of movements, stationary holds and core exercises, Mat Pilates is an excellent choice for improving stability, posture and challenging the body in a low impact manner.  Classes are 50 minutes long.

Total Balance Spin.HEIC

SPIN 

If you love biking and/or high intensity interval training, this workout is for you! Spinning class is an energetic and fun way to get cardiovascular and resistance training in one. Go at your own pace as you build endurance and strength. Classes are 50 minutes long.

ALL ABS

The All Abs class incorporates a mix of traditional and innovative ab exercises, ensuring your muscles are continuously challenged and engaged. From planks and leg raises to resistance training, you'll experience a variety of movements to keep your workouts exciting and effective.  You'll be guided through every exercise with tips and modifications to accommodate all fitness levels. 50 mins.

Reformer Pilates

MAT + REFORMER

Get the best of both worlds in this hybrid class. Class incorporates traditional mat pilates work with reformer exercises. Challenge your flexibility and core as you work your body in new ways. Expand your pilates skill by trying a new mix of exercises each class. 

STRENGTH TRAINING New!

Challenge your entire body through a series of resistance exercises using equipment such as free weights, bands, etc and your own body weight to build muscle. This class works large and small muscle groups and can be adapted for all fitness levels and goals. Each class is carefully designed to challenge your muscles with continual improvement.

BREATHE & MOVEMENT YOGA

Improve your flexibility, stability and mind-body connection through the practice of modified yoga. Join our informal setting as you progress through a series of poses, stretching and breathing exercises,  designed to improve overall health and relieve stress. Great for seniors, beginners & all fitness levels.

COMBO

If you love variety, this class is for you! Each class features a mix of equipment and exercises formatted as a circuit.  Combo works all the muscle groups, builds strength and challenges flexibility in a fun and fast paced way.

TABADA

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) composed of eight rounds of four minutes each. Push yourself for 20 seconds followed by a 10 second rest, & repeat! Tabada is a great way to squeeze a lot of full-body exercises of variable intensity into a short period of time. If you like cardio, but hate running, try Tabada! All exercises customizable. 50 min class.

PILATES BARRE

Combine exercises stemming from ballet, pilates and yoga as you tighten and tone the body. Work muscles through high repetition, low weight exercises. Pilates barre improves balance & flexibility while working all muscle groups through small, pulsing movements and strategic holds. Designed to sculpt long, lean muscles with emphasis on the legs and glutes. 50 mins.

STEP AEROBICS

An adjustable platform is incorporated into choreographed cardio exercises of variable intensity with low impact. Challenge the upper body with weights while stepping to the music. Step aerobics is a fun class that can be customized for all fitness (and coordination!) levels. 50 mins.

BOOT CAMP

Bootcamp is held several times throughout the year and is a great way to challenge your body in new ways. Summer bootcamp utilizes outdoor terrain (bleachers, hills, parking lots, etc) to deliver FUN, high-intensity workouts. All participants work at their own pace through 1-3 workouts per week. Before & after measurements are taken as part of the camp. Fall/winter bootcamp is held at the studio. Watch schedule for new camp announcements. 60 minute class.
